College of Education-Qurna

  College of Education in Qurna:

  The foundational decision of the college came after extensive studies which were carried out by the presidency of Basrah University, its main goals is to develop the scientific level and to prepare specialized staff that are able to build future generations to serve our country “Iraq” in general and the people of Basrah city in specific, especially northern areas of Basrah. The College of Education /Qurna opened its studying doors according to the ministry order No 3/8118 in 23/10/2011 the Building was opened at Qurna district in the northern area of Basrah in 30/05/2012 with two departments which are Arabic Language and Biology, by that it’s going to be considered as the foundation brick to separate through other scientific departments and different colleges enclosed within Basrah University.
