Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Basrah organized a symposium on red meat safety for food. The lecture aims to discuss some important cases of meat disease and how to identify them.
The lecture presented by the researcher Aladdin Hassan Jawad reviewed the typical requirements that must be taken into the consideration before and after butchering and how to butcher according to Islamic law and methods of butchering in other religions.
The symposium dealt with transmitted diseases from and into human or animals through polluted meat, methods of prevention, identification of modern massacres, and conditions that must be provided in terms of location and components.
