University of Basrah Discusses with Delegation of Chinese Company (CMEC) Establishment of The Medical City in Basrah

Dr. Saad Shahin Hammadi, President of Basrah University discussed with the delegation from Chinese company (CMEC) the possibility of establishing a medical city in Basrah.

During the meeting, the two parts discussed the sections that carried out by this company with a full study to establish a medical city in the province of Basrah hoping the work will be according to agreement will be signed in the future with the local government in the province. The president declared that, we discussed with the Chinese delegation a number of ideas, including the implementation of a medical city project in Basrah, as well as the establishment of the University of Abu Khasib and Zubair University.

The President add that, we also discussed the possibilities of the company and their plans as well as the projects they have implemented in various countries.
