University of Basrah organizes a seminar on the physiological and histological effects of lycopene

College of Pharmacy at Basrah University organized a seminar on the effect of lycopene on some physiological and histological changes induced by monosodium glutamine in rats.

The seminar presented by Dr. Manal Nasser Abdel Hassan included the effect of both lycopene and monosodium glutamine on isolated neurons and studied their effect inside and outside the organism.

The study aimed to explain the effect of monosodium salt of glutamine on rats during pregnancy and lactation and to study isolation of neurons after childbirth.
