University of Basrah organizes a symposium on the Iraqi-Chinese agreement

College of Administration and Economics at Basrah University organized a scientific symposium entitled (an economic reading about Iraqi-Chinese agreement)

The symposium, presented by Dr. Nabil Al-Marsoumi, Dr. Yusef Abd Ali Al-Assady, and Dr.Shaban Saddam Al-Emara, aims to shed light on the positive and negative aspects of the agreement.

The symposium included several axes, the first axis discussed the general features of the Chinese agreement, and the second axis addressed the development of economic relations between Iraq and China, while the last axis highlighted the mechanisms of the agreement and its evaluation.

At the end of the symposium, the researchers called the Iraqi government to publish the original text of the agreement and to seek the opinion of Iraqi universities about this agreement and ways to develop it to serve the Iraqi economy.
