Civilians Foundation for Journalism, Culture, and Information honored Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, President of Basrah University within its program for choosing the best (100) personalities from Basrah Governorate.
The Foundation has shown that the choice of Hammadi came by the electronic survey mechanism, as well as the civil survey for Basrah's Street, which considered Dr. Saad the best president for Basrah University of after 2003, for the services he provided to the visual community.
On the other hand, Engineer Asaad Al-Eidani, Governor of Basrah, granted Dr. Saad a book of thanks and appreciation for electing him among the best personalities in Basrah.
It is worthy of mention that Hammadi assumed the presidency of Basrah University in the middle of last year and began a program of comprehensive opening to society through charitable projects in addition to spreading a culture of cooperation to improve the reality of his city, Basra, the city of science, art, and literature.
